Full Job Description

An excellent career opportunity has arisen within our Medical Secretary team for an enthusiastic and committed individual as a Support Secretary in Urology. If you are looking for a career within the Medical Secretary department where you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge within the NHS, then this could be the right opportunity for you. In return we will offer full support and training of all required systems. The role will cover a wide range of administration duties and will often be the first point of contact for general queries and enquiries from a range of individuals including internal trust colleagues, consultants and patients., You will provide an effective, high quality, comprehensive administration service to support the Medical Secretary Team, and attending consultants.

You will have the ability to prioritise work whilst working in a fast paced and pressurised environment, as well as having a flexible approach to work. A good level of attention to detail is an essential requirement for this role, as well as working effectively as part of a team. Utilising advanced keyboard skills and Microsoft Office IT systems to ensure accurate data inputting is essential.
