Full Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen in the Workforce Directorate for a Medical Workforce Administrator., The postholder will be required to support with a full range of administrative and clerical duties in connection with the recruitment life cycle for Trust & Deanery appointed junior doctors.

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining TRAC in relation to the above recruitment vacancies.

You will be required to maintain the generic e-mail in box on a daily basis, responding to all queries and escalated if required.

Good communication, attention to detail and strong administration skills are essential to this role as are experience of Microsoft Office packages and all aspects of office work.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in the day to day administrator duties required in a busy office environment.

You will need to be motivated, flexible and able to work independently and at times under pressure.
