Medicines Management & Patient Service Technician - Older Adult Service (18.75 hours)

If you're passionate, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!, As a Medicines Management & Patient Service Technician, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, patient-focused pharmacy service. Your duties will include medicines reconciliation, counselling patients on medication use, monitoring medicines storage on wards, and supervising pharmacy assistants. You will ensure the accurate dispensing of medications and manage stock control to reduce waste. Key skills required include attention to detail, accuracy in dispensing, and strong communication skills to liaise with both patients and healthcare professionals.
