Full Job Description

Provides technical support and extended role clinical duties on wards and in the pharmacy relating to optimal use of medicines.
The role involves supply of medicines via various routes supporting assessment of patients' medicines needs and resolution of physical and clinical issues relating to medicines., Please refer to the attached JD & PS for a full list of role requirements and main responsibilities.

Post holders are required to have relevant GPhC accreditation (NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services) or equivalent experience, or if not, will be supported to achieve this accreditation on Band 2 until achieved after which Band 3 remuneration will apply.
