Full Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, courteous volunteers to help at one of our busy, diverse health centre in supporting us to meet and greet patients on arrival for their appointment., The main focus of the role will be to sign post patients on arrival and monitor the number of patients and visitors entering the building. The volunteers will support us by greeting people as they arrive and direct them to the correct waiting area and/or to the reception desk to book in for their appointment.
Volunteers will receive induction training and will be expected to comply with all infection control policies and guidance to maintain and preserve confidentiality at all times.

Working for our organisation
This volunteer role will be supporting our teams at the Minerva Health Centre
Ideally, we are looking for volunteers who are able to support us for approx 3-4 hours during the following times:
Monday - PM
Tuesday - AM or PM
Wednesday -PM
Friday PM
