- Plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events
- Work closely with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
- Oversee onsite event execution, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and budget allocations.
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and memorable experiences for attendees.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
