Full Job Description

M&E Supervisors lead by example and promote teamwork and quality service through excellent daily communication. They play a key role in providing the finest personalised service for our guests and creating memorable experiences.

  • Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Deal with last minute requests efficiently.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate event a resounding success.
  • Complete time sheets make sure they are signed and correctly recorded.

    Providing high quality service and attention to detail come naturally to you.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong supervisorial and organisational skills.
  • Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
