As a Meetings & Events (M&E) Executive you'll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! As part of vibrant team you'll be supporting a cluster of hotels to ensure that all M&E customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently.   • Be yourself!
  • Produce proposals for all M&E enquiries in line with customer requests
  • Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities
  • Work closely with operational teams across your cluster of hotels to ensure we capture every detail
  • Gather feedback from clients - we love repeat business!
  • Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first-class customer service
  • Enter bookings in to the system as per company standards
  • Follow event through from enquiry through to planning and follow up stages, gathering all the relveant infromation to produce, cater and host a succesful event
  • Working on a wide range of event types from meetings to weddings
  • Conduct Show rounds and tours to our clients of the event space and other areas of the hotel
  • Support with maintaining a positive and fun working environment
