  • The responsibilities of our Member Billing Assistant are:
  • Handle all aspects of member billing, including generating invoices, processing payments, and managing billing enquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns related to billing promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Draft and send billing-related correspondence to members, including reminders and notifications of outstanding payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with membership team to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate billing information.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance member satisfaction.

    Previous experience in a customer service or billing role is desirable
  • Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
