Member Support Team Leader

Would you like to join the largest Health and Fitness operator in Europe and work with a team who have a passion to serve?, We are currently recruiting for a Member Support Team Leader to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. Reporting into the Member Support Operations Manager, you will be required to lead a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the skillset & breadth of knowledge to deliver a world class service to our members. What will I be doing?

• Working from one of our membership hubs, leading & developing a team of advisors to deliver the David Lloyd Clubs ways of working & exceptional service standards
• Maximising member experience & participation by anticipating & understanding trends
• Resolving high level escalated member queries
• Monitoring team performance and overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly & monthly KPI's
  
  Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly developed leadership qualities
• Organisational skills & commercial acumen
• Ability to use an empathic & reasonable approach to member queries
