Membership Manager - London

The Membership manager is a senior role responsible for driving membership strategy, growth, retention, and overall member satisfaction within The Other House private members club. This highly organised individual will be tasked with driving and implementing the club's commercial membership strategy. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive sales approach with dynamic leadership. A strong relationship-building skills are required along with a deep understanding of the membership community, Primarily office-based, with your main location at our Head Office in Rathbone Place, working during our standard office hours. Occasionally, you may need to work from or attend in-person meetings at various properties across London. The specific locations you'll work from will depend on the requirements of your role.

• Proven track record in developing membership communities
• 5+ years of experience in membership management, hospitality, luxury service, or private club operations and managing a team.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Financial Acumen
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales process for business growth.
• Understanding of CRM systems and membership management software
