Full Job Description

· Building rapport and identifying the needs of individuals and corporate clients, explaining about all the different fitness equipment and innovations, the huge range of fitness classes and all other facilities that can help members achieve their goals.

· Responding to sales enquiries quickly, appropriately, and efficiently via telephone, email and in-person.

· Providing accurate membership information, follow up, conduct show rounds to convert enquiries to bookings.

· Working to KPIs.

· Proactively promote the Club's facilities and memberships.

· Being an active presence at internal and external networking events, including some evenings.

· To provide content generation for website, social media and other marketing materials.

· To undertake duties as may be reasonably associated with this position and as requested to do so.

HOURS: Our Membership Sales Executive will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings.

Person Specification:

· Have successful sales experience.

· Have a keen interest in the Health & Fitness industry.

· Be highly motivated, target driven, enthusiastic, flexible and have an entrepreneurial approach.

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills.

· Enjoy a fast paced, demanding and rewarding environment.

· Possess excellent telephone skills and enjoy face to face sales contact.

· Be organised and professional with personal integrity.

· Have the ability to work on their own whilst also being part of a fundamental sales and energetic team.

· Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

· Experience of making successful cold approaches to potential clients/customers.

· Experience of deepening and broadening customer relationships to increase their meaningfulness and longevity.,

    Branston Golf and Country Club have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Membership Sales Executive.


  • We are looking for an ambitious, professional and target driven salesperson to support our busy Membership Sales Team.

    Branston Golf & Country Club changed ownership in December 2019 and has received significant investment during the last 4 years, making now an exceptionally exciting time to join the business.

    You will be joining a company that is looking to invest and drive forward the success of their business. We take pride in what we offer and are passionate about offering the best possible customer service to all our members and guests.

    The four main areas of our premium and unique business are:

    · Events at the Pavilion which holds Weddings and conferences etc.

    · The Clubhouse Restaurant which consists of the Clubhouse, Clubhouse Lounge and our Terrace Room Restaurant.

    · Golf which includes our 18-hole championship course, our "Eagle" 9-hole course, Driving Range outfield, which was recently refurbished and now includes "Top Tracer" technology, as well an outstanding practice facility and short game area, and our woodland themed Adventure Golf Course, which opened in 2021.

    · Health & Fitness which includes our state of the art Spin studio, newly refurbished gym with over £250,000 of Technogym equipment, over 75 group exercise classes per week, swimming pool, wet-side rooms, and outdoor hot tub.
