Full Job Description
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Membership Support Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for leading on all aspects of membership administration to support a healthy, engaged membership. Manage a member journey that builds campaign capacity and supports effective fundraising, membership recruitment & retention.
The successful candidate will have: Knowledge of membership engagement activity; Experience of leading and managing a team with an ability to motivate; Experience of developing and implementing strategic plans to align with organisational objectives; and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Salary: £51,229.82 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. If this role is to be based in Head Office- London there will be an additional £3,650 London Weighting added. There is the ability to progress to £58,084.17 over the next 3 years. Current employees in banding 38-44 will maintain their existing salary., We offer a variety of benefits for our employees that include;
