Full Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join the Mental Health Act based in Little Brook Hospital, Dartford. Whilst the post is based within the MHA team at Dartford, the post holder will be covering work for all three Mental Health Teams, in Dartford, Canterbury, and Maidstone. The role includes all areas of administration such as filing, uploading, photocopying, and assisting the Mental Health Co-ordinators and the Head of Service of the Mental Health Act teams.,
- Uploading of documents in accordance with Mental Health data sets.
- Providing reassurance in terms of Medical MHA scrutiny
- Organising across all three areas, checklists and spreadsheets as required.
- Photocopying of reports
- Answering the telephone and assisting panel members on days of patient reviews.
- Auditing ward reviews across all three areas
- Inputting on e-med system as directed by the Mental Health Act Co-ordinator
