Full Job Description

This is an administrative role which can be demanding, challenging and requires skill to handle all contacts with confidence, compassion, patience and professionalism.
The main duties for this post are dealing with a high volume of calls both from service users and professionals, covering our Out Patient Reception Desk - welcoming service users and clinicians, booking room requests and scheduling appointments in our Depot Clinic, processing both incoming and outgoing post, actioning voice messages received and monitoring and processing of any incoming team emails and referrals., Supporting everyone with their mental health has always been important to us but, never more so than now.
So, if you have administration experience or, are interested in working in a Mental Health setting ,this could be the opportunity for you and just the team member we are looking for!
In return you will receive support and development from the team and the Trust itself, such as continuing professional development, opportunity to undertake apprenticeships, yearly appraisals etc.
