Full Job Description

The East of England regional mental health team has an exciting opportunity for a business support assistant to join a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting staff across the mental health team. The post holder will provide a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administration service and work as part of the mental health team PMO / business office. The post holder will provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services; including the preparation of agendas and minutes and taking appropriate follow-up action as required, supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires, coordination and preparation of the monthly newsletter and managing the team's shared inbox as part of the wider PMO /business office team., As the Mental Health Business Support Assistant, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the regional mental health team. The post holder will provide a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administration service and work as part of the mental health team PMO / business office. The post holder will need to display a considerable degree of initiative, apply a high degree of confidentiality, possess mature judgement and embody the values of NHSE., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
