Are you proactive and passionate about innovation and providing a high-quality holistic approach to the care of people who need mental health support? Do you want to work in an integrated setting with colleagues from primary care, mental health services, including the voluntary and community sector, to improve access to support for people with mental health issues? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing a new service and shaping your role within it., We are looking for 3 Integrated Mental Health Hub Clinicians who are experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting, with a passion for partnership approaches to care for adults living with serious mental illness. These roles need people who are innovative and want to help achieve our vision for cross-sector integrated pathways, removing existing barriers, to deliver better access to dedicated mental health support in local, non-stigmatised community settings.

This will be an exciting development opportunity as you will be part of this new service. It is a rare opportunity to help shape the new keystone mental health teams as an integral part of the clinical team. Working alongside the lead clinician and colleagues in the team.
