Full Job Description

This specialist administration role requires significant organisational skills, initiative, time management skills and personal credibility. The role requires a widely experienced Administrator with the ability to provide an excellent, confidential and efficient service.

The post holder provides a comprehensive service across sites in relation to the Mental Health Act 1983, the Mental Capacity Act (and related legislation), in order to support multidisciplinary teams in their compliance with all relevant legislation requirements and other relevant procedures.

The post holder will be expected to work on their own, using their own initiative within the guidelines set by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust., Provision of a high level efficient, comprehensive and confidential Mental Health Legislation Administrative Service.
