We are looking for enthusiastic, 'can do', motivated Band 6 Mental Health Practitioners from a range of professional backgrounds including perinatal, later life and CYP to join us.
The Bolton Mental Heal.th Liaison Services comprises of a dynamic and welcoming team of psychiatrists and mental health practitioners. They compete mental health assessments on persons referred to the service from the Royal Bolton Hospital.
The Bolton Mental Health Liaison Service provides a reassuring and responsive service to both the referrer and the person referred, As one of the main mental health providers within Greater Manchester, we recognize the priority to achieve a parity between mental and physical health care and are committed to achieving this, enabled by our CORE 24 Liaison Mental Health services. Our services work at the interface between physical and mental health to bridge this gap. Our teams operate 24/7 to provide responsive mental health care in the acute hospital and A&E settings, delivered by experienced and established multidisciplinary teams.

To act as the shift coordinator triaging referrals,
To be an active participant within the multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical input to cases supporting the development of risk and management plans
To be an active participant in the ongoing development of the Bolton Mental Health Liaison service, completing relevant training, engaging in the appraisal process and being involved in service review and development.
As the successful candidate, you will be enthusiastic, flexible and committed to delivering high quality mental health care in the general hospital and A&E settings. The service operates 24 hours per day 365 days a year., Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 6,400 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 160 locations.
