Full Job Description

As a Mental Heath Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options
  • Undertake medication rounds, and assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences and may be distressed
  • Assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework and be able to risk assess use sound clinical knowledge
  • Provide outstanding evidence
  • Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference

    Qualified Mental Health Nurse - NMC registration
  • Experience of working with patients, face to face, who have complex mental health conditions
  • Experience of psychosocial interventions, group work and awareness of substance misuse
  • Sound clinical knowledge and assessment skills including risk assessment

    This is a permanent full time position based on 37.5 hours per week Monday - Sunday working various day shifts form 7.30am - 8pm, This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to per annum £38,115.00 - depending on experience.
