Mental Health Nurse

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users with mental health conditions. This will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as providing mentorship and support to team members. You will also be required to observe, record, and report on service user changes, and maintain accurate records of the care provided.
