Full Job Description
As a Mental Health Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Be responsible for assessment and caseload management of those referred into Mental health services.
- Contribute to group MDT and triage.
- Support your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidently communicating treatment options and initiating supportive care plans.
- Work with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.

- RMN, Social Worker (Mental Health) or Occupational Therapist (Mental Health)
- Current professional qualification (NMC, HCPC or equivalent)
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working

In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed. HMP Ford is based near the historic town of Arundel, has easy travel links via the A27, and has a local train station, which is a 10-minute walk to Ford prison. Hours Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm and 8am - 12pm (alternate weekends). Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £43,534 per annum - depending on experience.
