This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the transformation of Mental health Services. Your role will work closely with our community and voluntary services across Skegness and our CMHT to ensure we are working as one Locality. Meeting the needs of our service users within the community so they can feel more empowered, safer and live independantly fufilled lives. You will be part of a team who support individuals to live well in their community with mental health needs, Please refer to Job Description for a detailed breakdown of duties and responsibilities. Will include but not limited to:
- Case management/own case load
- Mental health assessment skills, decision-making skills and diagnostic reasoning skills specific to adults
- Seeks supervision and support as and when appropriate
- Recognized advanced clinical competence
- Plans, implements & evaluates care
