Full Job Description

The CAMHS Crisis Team's purpose is to provide Crisis response, home treatment, duty cover, admission avoidance and the self harm pathway. The service also aims to facilitate discharge from hospital and assist children and young people to re engage with their local community., This role is work within the CAMHS Crisis Team to include triage, assessment, risk management, and home treatment.
To provide consultation, supervision and support to other clinical members of the team who provide care and treatment., Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data. In submitting an application form, you authorise us to confirm any previous NHS service details via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) process. Including factual reference, occupational health clearance and statutory and mandatory training records
