Full Job Description

· Providing comprehensive and professional administrative support service to the Head and ad hoc support, as and where required to the other programme co-ordinators.
· Ensuring that confidentiality is always maintained regarding the work of the programme.
· Managing team diaries, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, booking rooms and catering where appropriate, virtual and/or face to face meetings.
· Ensuring an effective electronic filing system is in place both manually and electronically and any other administrative systems required.
· Liaising with key contacts at all levels, ensuring that administrative duties relating to the MH programme are resolved effectively.

You will be supporting the Adult Mental Health Team providing efficient and effective administrative service, that supports the delivery of activity and performance targets.
