Full Job Description

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will have your own caseload and support individuals to engage in the service, to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning.

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach, acting as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available to you

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans., YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR THAT YOU ARE HAPPY TO USE FOR WORK PURPOSES AS THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING IN THE COMMUNITY - mileage expenses paid,

    We are recruiting for a full time Recovery Worker for 37.5 hours per week who has experience in working with vulnerable people with housing issues .
