Mental Health Services for Older People Crisis Clinician

We are looking for highly dedicated clinicians to join our new Mental Health Service for Older Persons Intensive Home Treatment and Crisis Team.Our team provides a comprehensive specialist mental health service to patients, families, carers and clinicians in the community covering the area of Durham and Darlington., The role will including supporting patients after discharge from; acute hospitals, acute mental health hospital and intermediate care beds. Along with supporting patients and carers in their own homes and providing telephone support for those who are in crisis.

We are the Mental Health & Learning Disability NHS Trust for County Durham and Darlington, Teesside, North Yorkshire, York and Selby.
