We are pleased to advertise a new and exciting opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join our dynamic and energetic CAMHS leadership group as Operational Manager for our MentalHealth Support Teams (MHST) in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and London Borough of Bexley., As Operational Manager, you will be responsible for ensuringthe efficient and effective delivery of the MHSTs, as part of the CAMHS sub-directorate - providing high quality, safe and responsive mental health services to children, young people, parents/carers and professionals.You will work in close partnership with senior clinical, professional and managerial leads within the Trust to realise our ambitious goals for our MHST service, including significant expansion in 25/26, and to drive a culture of continuous improvement., Mental Health Support Teams are part of a large scale national initiative, aiming to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people within education settings, address health inequalities, improve access and support education colleagues with a whole school approach to wellbeing.

The Operational Manager will lead the operational and strategic development of the service across Bexley and Greenwich. The team requires ongoing development & specific work to ensure robust integration across the school's pathway. The role will be working alongside community partners & developing relationships between the MHST & educational settings. The role will need to ensure efficient & effective delivery of the MHST, providing high quality, safe & responsive services to children, young people, parents/carers & professionals, as part of a multi-agency system.

Extensive experience of operational management and exceptional leadership skills are critical to success in this role - you will need to be a strong, compassionate and convincing communicator with an energy and passion for working with children and young people and in delivering transformational change.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings.
