Full Job Description

We are recruiting mental health support workers to join our existing teams in Filton and the surrounding area., As a community mental health support worker, you'll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and engage directly with our wider community. You will make a positive impact in the lives of those you support.

· A minimum of 6 months experience working in the mental health field or related industry.
· Knowledge of various mental health conditions and their treatments.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
· Taking clints for appointments or outings
What we need from you:

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable for this position.
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Flexible approach to your working hours as Saturday and Sunday working is required
Your Rewards

Hours: Full-Time (varying shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm)

Shift Pattern: A mixture of mornings and evenings, including every other weekend

Salary: £13.50 per hour plus 25 per mile, Excellent rates of pay.
25p per mile allowance between calls
Two weekly pay
£200 signing-on bonus
Full-time or Part-time hours are available
