Full Job Description

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll help the people we support on their journey to greater independence, guiding them through daily living tasks and celebrating every step of their mental health recovery.

What You'll Do:
Support daily living: Assist the people we support with cooking, attending appointments, managing medication, and budgeting.
Encourage independence: Help the people we support re-learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
Promote community engagement: Encourage participation in activities like grocery shopping, family visits, leisure outings, and education.
Collaborate with the team: Work closely with colleagues to review support plans and provide person-centred care.
Maintain accurate records: Ensure detailed, factual record-keeping while adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality policies.

Enhanced DBS check and two references covering the last 3 years (additional references required if you've worked with vulnerable adults).
