Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Occupational therapist to join our leadership team at DGSCMHT.
You will provide clinical leadership on our care pathways within Mental health together + pathways
This will be achieved by providing supervision and specialist mental health advice and education to staff within the team. and offer clinical sessions offering short-term interventions based on psychological informed evidence based therapies and offer professional advice to client/patients and their carers, other professionals/ partners., Being a key member of the leadership team you will support clinicians to provide timely and evidence based interventions.
Providing expertise in occupational therapy assessments/interventions and provide OT specialist support to the team (OT's and trainee OT's)
Developing working relationships with partner agencies and teams to ensure seamless progress of patients through the care pathways.
Supporting the leadership team in reviewing care across the services
