Mental Health/ Wellbeing Nurse - Part time (term time only) We have a fantastic opportunity for a school-based Mental Health & Wellbeing Nurse to join our small onsite team based in our new and purpose-built Rohan Ingley Centre (The School's Medical Centre). We are seeking a highly professional, enthusiastic, and flexible person with outstanding interpersonal skills who shares our passion and commitment in prioritising mental health and wellbeing for pupils. Main purpose of the role

  • Ensure the wellbeing of pupils, making sure their mental, physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assessing a variety of acute and complex mental health issues
  • Providing mental health support and intervention, when necessary, referring to more specialist services
  • Producing Individual Health Care Plans (where mental health in concerned), as required, in liaison with parents and external specialist professionals for pupils with mental health conditions.
