Mercedes-Benz Parts Trainee

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our parts team as a Parts Advisor Trainee where we will provide you with ground up training to help you become fully competent and qualified Mercedes Benz Parts Advisor. Experience in the industry is not a necessity but will be beneficial, we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and whom will become a valued member of our team.

As a Parts Advisor trainee you will be:

• Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries


• Serving customers on the parts counter


• Order picking of parts


• Stock control and replenishment


• Liaising with the workshop


• Building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers
