Mercer Wealth Governance & Pensions Management Internship Programme 2025 - London

Our governance and pensions management team works with trustee clients to ensure their pension schemes are run effectively.

Your role in the team will be to support consultants and analysts to deliver an exemplary service to clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of client delivery, including trustee meetings, project management, relationship building and more.

This is an eight-week paid internship providing penultimate year students with an accelerated foundation to their career.

What can you expect?

Experience working for a global company shaping the future of Health, Wealth, and Career consulting.

Working with our consulting team you'll see how we support companies, trustee boards, and individuals in making informed decisions about their retirement plans, long-term savings, investment strategies, and risk management.

You'll have an introduction to consulting, learn from experienced professionals, and develop a breadth of skills over a period of eight weeks.

You'll work on real projects with real clients, providing you with valuable insights into the industry.

Your role in the team will be to support consultants and analysts to deliver an exemplary service to clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.

You should be a penultimate year student and on track to achieve a minimum 2 : 1 degree classification.

English and Mathematics GCSE (Minimum Grade 4).
