Full Job Description

The MAA plays an important role in the Wholesale team in coordinating inbound stock management and organising and maintaining outbound partner orders. This role is accountable for flow of stock in and out of the business to ensure profitability and key partner relations. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in merchandising! What You'll Be Doing Inbound:

  • Coordinate inbound freight and purchase orders into the DCs (UK & US) ensuring timely delivery and correct quantities from vendors and freight forwarders.
  • Working with the BAAs to hold weekly delivery meetings, highlighting risk & opportunity.
  • Issue approvals to ship to ensure POs are on time and highlight delays to wider team.
  • Build strong relationships with BAAs, managing inventory from point of order to delivery to DC.
  • Build strong relationships with DC and forwarders to manage problem POs.
  • Provide regular reporting as required across key metrics.
  • Liaise with the DC, import teams, forwarders, ticket suppliers providing support where required.
  • Outbound:
  • Raise partner orders accurately.
  • Maintain partner orders.
  • Ensure orders drop to pick on time and manage EDI communication with partners.
  • Manage and resolve no ship reasons in conjunction with the sales team to ensure sales orders drop into pick at the optimal time.
  • Provide visibility of risk and opportunity to sales and planning in terms of daily communication and weekly reporting.
  • Manage customer queries in operations inbox.
  • Input and maintain style attributes in Blue Cherry to ensure B2B catalogue is ready for sales team in market appointments.
  • Input pricing across systems ensuring alignment.
  • Support assistant planner with stock transfers across channels.
  • Assist with sku creation
