Serving at functions
Preparing dining rooms for service
Bar preparation and serving drinks
General housekeeping
Stocking up and stock rotation using the FIFO method
Cleaning dining rooms and serving areas
Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of your shift.
Kitchen cleaning including pot wash and dishwashing
The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company
From time to time there may be a requirement to work at our neighbouring barracks, Fulwood Barracks, PR2 8AA.

A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable however full training will be given for this multi operational role.

Part time - 20 - 30 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Shifts ranging between 6.45am - 9pm.
