- Obtaining accurate meter readings from customers across the South Staffordshire Water region.
- Engaging with customers to ensure their billing is correct and identifying any vulnerable customers.
- You will represent a leading water provider that provides the highest standards of service to 1.7m customers across both South
- Identifying unusual consumption trends, reporting any leaks, and identifying any meters for replacement.
- Always maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction.
- Ensure all data is accurate and recorded onto our systems
