  • Obtaining accurate meter readings from customers across the South Staffordshire Water region.

  • Engaging with customers to ensure their billing is correct and identifying any vulnerable customers.

  • You will represent a leading water provider that provides the highest standards of service to 1.7m customers across both South

  • Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire.
  • Identifying unusual consumption trends, reporting any leaks, and identifying any meters for replacement.

  • Always maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction.

  • Ensure all data is accurate and recorded onto our systems
