Full Job Description
This Admin/Receptionist role offers wide variety of daily tasks including:
· Handling many incoming calls, which can be challenging, distressing and of a sensitive nature.
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Good time management and prioritising work
· Ability produce quality documents in a very busy environment
· Welcoming service users and their family or carers into the service on arrival
· Producing both standard, bespoke or dictated letters via RiO (our clinical record system)
· Completing a wide range of admin tasks from an electronic workflow inbox
· Scanning, uploading and copying.
· Room bookings via outlook room calendars & MICAD our bespoke booking system.

You will be joining our friendly, welcoming and supportive Community Mental Health Administration Team in this role comprising of a split between working on our Receptions and working in our admin office. You will be required to work in any of our 3 Receptions in Lichfield, Tamworth and Burton on a rotational basis so will need to be able to travel across the patch. This gives a nice variety/split to the role.
Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and/or experience, however this is not essential as full training is given. We support all our employees to progress if they wish and when available offer internal opportunities for career progression and training. Regular 1-to-1 supervision and appraisals with the Admin Team Leader take place., To be successful in this role you will be required be organised, professional and adaptable with excellent communication skills and a high level of written and spoken English.
