    We are seeking a dedicatedMental Health Practitionerto join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments

  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalised treatment plans

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients

  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, Undertaking mental health assessments and accurately risk assessing risk to self, others, and from others

  • Formulating and hypothesising with the client and family

  • Sharing formulation with the MDT

  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to less complex cases

  • Supporting the wider team with duties

  • Participating in team meetings

  • Working alongside psychiatry, psychology, nurses, creative therapists, social workers

  • Participating in opportunities to learn and develop

    Qualified in a core profession (Social Work, Nurse, Allied Health Professional) and Professional Registration with a recognised National Body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England)

  • Experience in providing mental health therapy

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Are you a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner? We're looking for someone like you to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of providing a variety of therapeutic interventions to young people facing mental health challenges. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, creative therapists, and specialists from the Eating Disorder community team, Mental Health Support Teams, and Urgent Support Teams.,
