MHE Trainer

Pay Rate: £30,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00 , Flexibility required as some lates and night maybe required Location: West Midlands,B90 4NE DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a MHE Trainer to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To conduct and deliver training for warehouse operatives on various MHE equipment, including but not limited to Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, and other site-specific equipment.
• To ensure that all employees are comprehensively trained and qualified to operate works equipment
• Promote safe working practices, coach students and colleagues on safe behaviors and best practice while operating MHE or performing processes
• To ensure all employees are fully trained and refreshed in line with the company and legal standard
• To Maintain training matrix and asset register

• Recognised qualifications - RTITB
• Minimum of 12month experience training
• Able to work on own initiative
• Good communication skills both verbal and written , use of Microsoft packages
