If the answer to these questions is yes, then we invite you to come and work with us?, The Mental Health Support Team are looking for an administrator to join our developing team to cover maternity leave.

The role is part time, 22.5 hours 9-5 Wednesday to Friday.

You will be based in the Mental Health Support Team Office at Newland House, Northampton, but may be required to work from other bases or travel to our various locations across Northamptonshire as the need arise.

In the unlikely event that the FTC/secondment would be cut short, an 8 week notice period would be given.

The successful applicant will be expected to support the day to day delivery of the service . In your role, you will develop and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service leads, practice areas and students and should therefore be a clear and confident communicator who is skilled at requesting information, often within tight timeframes.

The post will suit a person who is organised, has excellent communication skills, is accurate with data recording, works well as part of a team with the ability to work independently with guidance and support. The post holder will require an ability to prioritise workloads, organise training, diary management, complete basic office tasks, data collection, inputting using the appropriate tools and confident in devising agendas and note taking. You should be confident and competent in the use of Microsoft packages, e-systems and databases.

Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
