Full Job Description
This is an exiting and challenging opportunity to join the clinical leadership for Cheshire's access services; Mental Health Support Teams and Cheshire Mental Health Hub. The post holder will take a specific lead on ensuring oversight of Low Intensity CBT staff and support the development of CBT intervention pathways into community CYPMHS from our Access services.
The post holder alongside another Clinical Leads and other senior roles will contribute to the delivery of Access service development across Cheshire.
We would welcome applicants with experience of leading change and developing innovative services. A strong CBT clinical background is essential and you should have significant experience overseeing supervision. Other skills required would include dynamic communication with a range of stakeholders, ability to lead and complete projects, management of staff and support to those in a managerial/supervisory role. You will have demonstrable experience of quality and service improvement and developing evidence based services. You will draw from your grounded clinical expertise and experience.

Clinical lead and clinical development role with an expanding service.
Clinical assessment and intervention.
Partnership working in order to develop a culture of mental health support and ensure local services have the skills and competencies to support children and young people with their mental health.
Working knowledge of national and local developments, strategies and priorities.
Training and development function internally to the teams, and externally across the children's workforce, ensuring clinical standards are maintained.
Oversight and monitoring of team budgets.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
