The training post will equip the post-holder to provide interventions for children, young people or families using evidence-based intervention consistent with the course they are attending. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
The SWP role will be based at Aldershot Centre for Health., This is an exciting opportunity for qualified CWP/EMHPs, who are two year's post qualification in January 2025, to develop as a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner and supervisor.

The EMHP supervision course is designed to provide the EMHP supervisor with comprehensive training in the knowledge, skills and competencies required to deliver effective clinical supervision as part of the MHST initiative. Applicant criteria include substantive knowledge and experience of wellbeing delivery within education settings and /or CBT / Low Intensity CBT interventions.
