MHST Service Manager

The Service Manager will support the development of the MHST initiative within Humber TFT under the direction of the General Manager. The Service Manager will work closely with the senior mental health leads in schools and the other Service Managers in the children's division to ensure a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. The Service Manager will be responsible for the management & supervision of the Team Leaders to ensure the service delivery of rapid access to low intensity, evidence-based interventions, for mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The Service Manager will develop the offer of MHST to new areas as funding become available to additional schools. The Service manager will work collaboratively with strategic partners and education staff to build a successful system of support in emotional and mental health for children and young people.
