MI Analyst

You'll be part of the Financial Customer Escalations Team, producing data and reports to minimise customer detriment and business impact through immediate and accurate analysis. You will:

• Analyse historical and real time business data, systems and trends across a number of platforms.
• Create, analyse and provide precise management information, reporting and forecasting when required.
• Provide support to the wider business with system related enquiries/issues and Priority Ones.
• Identify trends and interpret information to help make proposals that will assist the Customer Service and Incident Management team.
• Create business models to constantly assess the performance of the department.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Complete root cause analysis
• Support with the completion of the bi-yearly FCA submission
  
  Knowledge and experience of SQL, Power Pivots and Microsoft packages (advanced Excel skills are essential).
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail.
• Be able to communicate at all levels, having the confidence in your own analysis and recommendations given.
• Logical thought process and the ability to solve problems quickly using your initiative in a pressurised environment.
• Have an inquisitive mind and challenge processes to ensure we are putting customers first always.
