Full Job Description

to manage, alongside the Barista supervisor, all micro kitchens, bean to cup machines & stock management
control stock, from ordering, receipt and rotation out
manage the cleaning and replenishment of all bean to cup machines in the building
manage the cleaning of all catering fridges, control and due dilgence of all micro kitchens
keep micro kitchen stock full and tidy at all times, managing all labelling and allergen matrixes, along with your supervisor
informing your supervisor of all stock top ups, shortages & challenges
work alongside your colleagues
wear the correc uniform and safety shoes as directed and maintain uniform
to attend training courses & attend CH&co meetings when necessary
complete stock weekly and month end with supervisor
to understand & comply with CH&co & statutory health, safety, hygiene & safety, quality standards including COSHH &HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance these standards
