Full Job Description
Our highly regarded inclusion and outreach service supports all schools and settings throughout Swale, and is comprised of Meadowfield Inclusion and Development Centre (MIDAS) which provides training and our team of Specialist Teachers. The post is currently fixed-term until July 2025 due to funding. The main purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth running of the Midas Centre. This is a role that would suit someone with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate would have administrative experience and possess good IT skills. The role requires taking conference centre bookings, liaising with trainers, external caterers and school site team to ensure the smooth running of the conference centre. The role will also include some administrative tasks to support the STLS (Specialist Teaching and Learning Service) Team. Salary: Kent Range 4 £23,338 - £23,921 fte (equates to £19,732- £20,225 pro rata for term time). The working hours are 8:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday, to 3:30 on Friday, working 37 hours over five days a week, term time only (39 weeks per year).
