Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on the well-being of students? Prendergast Ladywell School is seeking a caring and responsible individual to join our team as a Midday Meals Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise secondary students aged 11 - 16 during their lunch break, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Hours: 5 hours per week, 1 - 2 pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only, 38 weeks a year) Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students during school meals and playtime, promoting healthy eating and positive behaviour.
  • Ensure a safe environment in the dining area and playground, adhering to the school's behaviour policy.
  • Encourage students' social interaction and engage them in team activities and individual pursuits to promote their health and well-being.
  • Respond to the welfare needs of students, applying first aid if necessary and reporting concerns to the appropriate staff.
