Term Time Only 21.25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 2:30pm (unpaid 15 minute break) The Role Watling Academy is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our team and contribute to creating a positive and safe environment for our students. As a Midday Supervisor, you will:
• Ensure student safety and welfare by supervising break times and maintaining a calm and orderly environment across both indoor and outdoor areas, following the Trust and Academy's policies and procedures.
• Promote positive behaviour, leading by example and encouraging all students to demonstrate our values of respect, responsibility and kindness.
• Assist with dining operations, including setting up, clearing away and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Support the upkeep of the Academy through litter picking and general housekeeping, helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
