Midday Supervisory Assistant

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive difference during their school day? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our team and help create a safe, happy, and engaging environment for our pupils during lunchtime., + Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas during lunchtime
+ Encourage good table manners, healthy eating, and positive behaviour in line with the school's values
+ Promote inclusive and active play, leading games and activities that support social skills and teamwork
+ Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils, responding to incidents and providing first aid when necessary
+ Support pupils in resolving conflicts and managing their behaviour positively and respectfully
+ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and play areas, assisting with setup and tidying

+ A caring and approachable individual with a genuine interest in supporting children's well-being
+ Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
+ A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to use initiative when needed
+ Understanding of basic health, safety, and safeguarding responsibilities
+ Willingness to undertake training, including First Aid and safeguarding
